IRS delivered a monitoring and diagnostic system dedicated to electric power motor and generator. The delivered system enable condition monitoring using thermal, electric and accelerometric measurements and analysis.The system hardware includes
- NI CompactRIO and 6 modules for sensor data acquisition and conditioning as well as for digital output
- 6 IEPE accelerometer and 1 tachometer sensor
- Electric voltage and current transducer
- Temperature sensors
- Supervisory pc and alarms
The system comes complete with management software, making it possible to manage a number of remote hardware boxes connected to the PC via LAN or internet. The software allows users to view the data acquired, which can even be presented live, as well as to define events and actions to be taken and to run the signal acquisition box's diagnostics.
